September Line Up: “Jazz on the Lake”

Live jazz returns to The Village at Lake Las Vegas with “Jazz on the Lake” free concert series.

Free “Jazz on the Lake” concerts take most Saturdays at MonteLago Village Resort at Lake Las Vegas from 7 to 10 pm. The Village provides a relaxing environment for jazz fans to kick back and enjoy Las Vegas’ top jazz artists by water’s edge every Saturday night in May.

The Village at Lake Las Vegas boasts restaurants along the cobblestone streets of the Mediterranean style village offering options for everyone’s taste buds for dining pre- or post-show. Coolers and outside food & alcoholic beverages prohibited.

Here’s the September line up:

Sept. 3* – Freddie B. – Jazz and blues band; FREE (*Take the evening to a new level by enjoying wine tasting at up to 20 stations throughout The Village while enjoying the jazz at the Wine Walk benefitting New Vista Community. Tickets for the Wine Walk are $25.)
Sept. 10 – Rocky Gordon & The KGB (Killer Groove Band) – Smooth jazz performed by renowned saxophonist Rocky Gordon and the Las Vegas-based Killer Groove Band.; FREE
Sept. 17 – Special Event – The Village Lake Las Vegas presents a fireworks show and live entertainment, rescheduled from the postponed Independence Day celebration; FREE
Sept. 24 –Vince Priester –Traditional jazz led by saxophonist Vince Priester; FREE
