Absinthe, the show which has taken New York City and Miami Beach by storm, is now in Las Vegas, stripside at Caesars Palace. Described by The New York Times as “Cirque du Soleil channeled through The Rocky Horror Show,” this is an intoxicating collision of circus, burlesque and vaudeville featuring curious creatures, heavenly bodies and outrageous comedy. This most entertaining nouveau cirque is presented nightly inside the intimate Spiegeltent, a 100 year old wooden show tent from Europe, opulently decorated with mirrors, stained glass and velvet. Outside, the strip comes alive as this carnival wonderland for adults rolls on before the show at the Spiegelworld Beer Garden with its outdoor bars and VIP speakeasy.
