Happy Hour Deal: T-Time at T-Bones

T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Casino has Happy Hour Specials 7 days a week from 5 to 7pm. Happy Hour at T-bones is known as “T-Time” and you can choose from 50 food and beverage items all offered at just $5 each. Here are just a few items from the T-Time Menu:

Bar Snacks

Tbones Steakhouse Salad – Chopped romaine lettuce, crispy bacon, avocado, gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, and white French dressing.
Bacon Popcorn – Is there anything that bacon doesn’t make better?
Flash Fried Shishito Peppers – Mild to spicy peppers fried quickly and tossed with alder smoked sea salt.
Crispy Rock Shrimp Tempura – Lightly battered and fried tossed with a yuzu and siracha sauce.
Chicken and Waffles – Buttermilk marinated chicken strips, malted waffles and jalapeno infused maple syrup.
Shrimp Cocktail – Jumbo shrimp served with spicy cocktail sauce.
Beef on Weck* – Influenced from the Buffalo New York classic, slow roasted marinated prime rib, thinly sliced and served on a kimmelweck roll, served with au jus, creamy horseradish and French fries.
Pulled Pork Sliders – Slow braised pork with a Carolina style peach barbecue sauce.
Chicken Pot Pie – Organic Jidori chicken with a creamy veloute, seasonal vegetables, and pie crust.
Chili and Cheese Tater Tots – Tbones tater tots smothered with spicy chili and topped with melted aged cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chives.
Fried Oreos – Beignet battered and fried served with vanilla ice cream.
Crème Brule – Traditional Vanilla Bean Crème Brule, with Seasonal Berries.
