Free Concert: Ukulele Prodigy Jake Shimabukuro

ArtBeat, a cultural arts series sponsored by the City of Henderson and Target, returns Friday, April 1, 2011 at 8 pm with Jake Shimabukuro.
Ukulele prodigy, Jake Shimabukuro, kicks off the Spring 2011 ArtBeat series. His lightning-fast fingers, innovative playing techniques and contemporary sound is sure to impress and entertain audiences of all ages. Watch a video of Jake performing. Pre-show activities such as art displays, demonstrations and local musical performances will begin at 5 p.m.
It’s a casual evening of relaxation and enjoyment perfect for the entire family. The shows will take place at the Henderson Events Plaza Amphitheater, in the Water Street District. Admission is free.
