Whole Foods Market is hosting a free series of recipe demonstrations and cooking events - exclusively at their Las Vegas Blvd / Town Square location on Tuesday nights through December 15th.
This week James Benson/Patricia Richards presents Liquid Luxury – Holiday Cocktail Entertaining on Tuesday, November 17, 6-8pm. It’s the season of cocktail parties, potlucks, surprise drop-ins and of course, toasts. Come discover strategies for simple but elegant entertaining, savory appetizers, and festive holiday drinks.
Tuesday, November 24, 6-8pm: Alex Stratta (Alex and Stratta) – Thanksgiving Survival Guide – The big day is upon us – and award-winning Chef Alex Stratta has got it covered – with recipes for the perfect turkey and cooking tips and strategies sure to result in your best turkey yet.
Tuesday, December 1, 6-8pm: Mark LoRusso (Botero) – Sides that Step Up Tired of the same ho-hum holiday side dishes? Come change sides as Botero’s star chef cooks up tips for sure-fire, savory side dishes that just may steal the show!
Tuesday, December 8, 6-8pm: Paul Bartolotta (Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare) – Create Your Own Feast of the Seven Fishes Yes, we may live in a desert, but don’t let that stop you from cooking up your own version of the traditional Italian seafood feast. Let twice-honored James Beard Award recipient Paul Bartolotta inspire you with his ingredient driven, authentic Italian coastal cuisine.
Tuesday, December 15, 6-8pm: Frederic Robert/Pierre Gatel – Holiday Cookie and Candy Couture Decking the halls and mantles may be fun, but we’ve asked master pastry chefs Frederic Robert and Pierre Gatel to deck the tables with chocolate, candy, and dessert ideas both naughty and nice!
