Whole Foods Market is hosting a free series of recipe demonstrations and cooking events - exclusively at their Las Vegas Blvd / Town Square location on Tuesday nights through December 15th.
This week Carlos Guia (Country Club) presents Simple Ways to Cook Restaurant Style Seafood Dishes at Home on Tuesday, November 3, 6-8pm. From New Orleans to New York, Las Vegas and beyond, this accomplished chef demonstrates a mastery of fresh seafood cookery that relies on sourcing the finest regional seafood.
Tuesday, November 10, 6-8pm: Theo Schoenegger (Sinatra) -Risotto ‘My Way’ – Secrets to the Perfect Dish! The celebrated chef behind Frank Sinatra’s namesake restaurant brings slow-cooking to perfection with tips for stirring up the ultimate version of this classic regional dish.
Tuesday, November 17, 6-8pm: James Benson/Patricia Richards – Liquid Luxury – Holiday Cocktail Entertaining It’s the season of cocktail parties, potlucks, surprise drop-ins and of course, toasts. Come discover strategies for simple but elegant entertaining, savory appetizers, and festive holiday drinks.

Tuesday, December 8, 6-8pm: Paul Bartolotta (Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare) – Create Your Own Feast of the Seven Fishes Yes, we may live in a desert, but don’t let that stop you from cooking up your own version of the traditional Italian seafood feast. Tuesday, December 15, 6-8pm: Frederic Robert/Pierre Gatel – Holiday Cookie and Candy Couture Decking the halls and mantles may be fun, but we’ve asked master pastry chefs Frederic Robert and Pierre Gatel to deck the tables with chocolate, candy, and dessert ideas both naughty and nice!
