My husband & I purchased an entree at Pei Wei on Friday January 29 to obtain the free carmel chicken coupons. They gave us a very hard time when we tried to redeem the free coupons – claiming that although it is not stated on the coupon, we were required to each purchase a free entree in order to receive the free carmel chicken entree today. We refused to back down as we had already purchased an entree on Friday in order to obtain said coupon & they finally gave it & provided us each with free carmel chicken. I wonder if anyone else had problems at the Henderson Horizon Ridge/Eastern Ave. Branch??? I don’t think it is “legal” to make restrictions if there are no restrictions listed on the coupon.
