Each year the Chinese American Chamber of Commerce organizes the largest Chinese New Year Celebration in Las Vegas. Come celebrate the Year of the Dragon on Sunday, January 29th from 10 am to 5 pm.

Vegas StrEATs is a Monthly Food, Arts & Entertainment Celebration held at the El Cortez Hotel & Casino parking lot in the Fremont Street East District of downtown Las Vegas.

Vegas StrEATs is brought to the Las Vegas community by Slidin’ Thru in partnership with the El Cortez Hotel & Casino and Insert Coin(s). Food vendors including Slidin’ Thru, Ben’s BBQ, The Redneck Kitchen Sin City Wings, Tasty Bunz, Papi Churro, Funnel Cake Café, WTF Pizza, Chuck Wagon and Grouchy Johns among others will be on hand, along with local artists and retailers.

Live entertainment throughout the night by Air Stegosaurus, Apox, DJ Zo, Tha Woe, DJ Aurajin, Newsense and DJ Daze.

Artists and streetwear booths include Civilian, The Horror Project, Happy Panda Toys, Owls Almighty, Let It Roll, Pharmacy, A Girl’s Glitter and more.

WHEN: Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 2 a.m.

COST: Vegas StrEATs is free to attend and the food and activities are specially priced.  Vegas StEATs is open to all ages; however those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
